McDonald’s Burrito for Breakfast

by Editorial Staff

In 1991, McDonald’s introduced McSkillet, a breakfast burrito, to the menu for the first time. By the way, unlike many other McDonald’s dishes, this breakfast burrito is very difficult to call harmful.

McDonald’s Burrito for Breakfast Instructions

  1. Break the eggs into a bowl and beat until smooth. Finely chop the onions. Chop the tomato, hot pickled chili, and herbs finely enough.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly brush with vegetable oil. Place the minced meat and onions. This time I used minced chicken and did not regret it. The burrito tastes more delicate. Fry the minced meat with onions for about 5 minutes until golden brown, stirring constantly and breaking large pieces of minced meat into smaller pieces. Add chopped chili and tomato, stirring as well, and fry all together for about 1 minute.

  3. Stirring constantly, cook scrambled eggs with minced meat. Warm-up in a skillet or microwave to keep the tortillas soft and not break when rolled. Cut each cheese slice in half and place slightly overlapping the center of the tortilla. Put some of the egg mass with minced meat and vegetables on top of the cheese.

  4. Fold over the bottom edge of the tortilla and then fold the sides of the tortilla. One side remains open. In this case, the filling turned out to be a lot, since the minced meat was clearly not 100 grams, and the rest of the ingredients were in greater quantities than in a restaurant layout. This is why rolling the tortillas was a little more difficult. But the dish turned out to be homier and, of course, more satisfying.
