McMoe`s Cucumber Lemonade

Ingredients

• 1 cucumber (s)
• 500 g ice cubes
• 1 lime (s), add the juice from it
• 80 g suar
• 1 pinch (s) salt
• 200 ml mineral water

Instructions

1. Peel the cucumber, roughly dice and finely puree it together with the ice cubes, lime juice, sugar and a pinch of salt in a blender. Top up with the mineral water and fill into glasses.
2. Tip: For decoration, place a cucumber peel on straws in a fan shape together with a lime wedge.
