To begin with, this is a universal recipe. Meatloaf (or rather, meatloaf) can be served as a hot dish or as a meat snack, in a festive or everyday version. The meatloaf is very juicy and tasty. After trying this meat appetizer, you will give up sausage forever!
Cook: 20 mins
Servings: 5
Ingredients
Minced pork and beef (1: 1) – 700 g
Champignons – 250 g
Bulb onions – 1 pc.
Egg – 1 pc.
Sour cream – 2 tbsp
Bread crumbs – 2 tbsp
Mustard – 1 tbsp
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Tomato paste – 3 tbsp
Vegetable oil (for frying) – 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Ground black pepper – to taste
Directions
Finely chop the onion and mushrooms.
Fry mushrooms with onions in vegetable oil, then set aside and let cool.
Add the egg, sour cream, bread crumbs, salt, pepper to the minced meat. Mix thoroughly. Then add the cooled mushrooms to the minced meat and mix. We beat off the minced meat to compact the structure.
Put in a baking dish.
Prepare the sauce: mix sugar, mustard, and tomato paste.
Spread the prepared sauce on top of the minced meat with mushrooms.
We send the form with minced meat to an oven preheated to 180-190 degrees for 50 minutes.
The minced meat casserole with mushrooms can be immediately removed from the mold and served hot, with a side dish. Or let the meatloaf cool completely, without removing it from the mold, so that the minced meat absorbs all the juices that are released during baking, and use the meatloaf with mushrooms as a cold snack. I like the second option.
