Meat Casserole Nourishing

Very easy to prepare, but very tasty casserole of potatoes and minced meat, with tomatoes and cheese.

Ingredients

  • Minced pork and beef – 300 g
  • Medium potatoes – 3 pcs.
  • Tomato – 1 pc.
  • Bulb onions – 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese – 150 g
  • Egg – 1 pc.
  • Mayonnaise or sour cream – 100 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Spices to taste
  • Vegetable oil – for lubricating the mold

Minced meat can be replaced with sausages or boiled sausage – it turns out no less tasty.

Directions

  1. Add 1 raw egg, salt, and pepper to taste into the finished pork and beef. We mix.
  2. Peel the raw potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Put chopped potatoes on the bottom of a form greased with vegetable oil, salt.
  3. To make the potatoes cook faster, and the casserole is juicy, pour the sauce on top – for the sauce, mix 4 tablespoon. tablespoons of mayonnaise or sour cream, 3 tbsp of boiled water, spices, and salt. Spicy lovers can add a little mustard.
  4. Cut the onion into half rings and spread on top of the potatoes in the sauce.
  5. The next layer is raw minced meat.
  6. Cut fresh tomatoes into slices and put on minced meat.
  7. We make a mesh of mayonnaise.
  8. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top. We put in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees. Bake the potatoes until soft. We check the readiness after about 35 minutes. You can cover with foil to prevent the cheese from turning too brown.
  9. Meat casserole with potatoes is ready.
