  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 6 onion (s)
  • 4 small egg (s)
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable broth, grained
  • 1 kg potato (s), waxy
  • 5 pickled cucumber (s)
  • vinegar and oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes in boiling water until they are done. Meanwhile, peel all the onions and cut them into small cubes.
  2. Put the minced meat in a bowl and mix with half of the onions. Add the eggs and knead the mixture thoroughly. Add enough breadcrumbs to make a malleable meat dough. Season with granulated broth, salt and pepper and knead again vigorously.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Shape the meat patties out of the meat dough and fry them until both sides are crispy. If you are not sure whether the planters are done, cut one in half and check. Keep the finished planters warm in the oven.
  4. Peel and chop the potatoes and place in a large salad bowl. Chop the cucumber and add with the remaining onions. Dissolve the granulated stock in boiling water in a large cup and add this to the potatoes. Add salt, pepper, vinegar and oil, mix everything together vigorously and season to taste.
