Meat salad with Mushrooms (no Mayonnaise) Instructions

  1. Let’s prepare all the ingredients for the meat salad. Boil the pork tongue in advance. Cook for an hour and a half in salted water, then pour over with cold water and clean. Boil the pork for an hour and a half, or bake it in the oven. Instead of fresh champignons, you can use ready-made – pickled ones.

  2. Since I prefer fresh mushrooms, I’ll start with their preparation. Cut the champignons into thin slices.
  3. Fry the champignons in sunflower oil, salt.
  4. Cut the onion into thin half rings.
  5. Marinate the onions in wine vinegar.
  6. Dice the meat ingredients – ham, tongue and boiled meat.
  7. Dice the pepper and pickled cucumber.
  8. Put all the ingredients together. Season the salad with salt, pepper, lightly sprinkle with vinegar and season with sunflower oil.

  9. If you wish, you can garnish the meat salad with balsamic vinegar and parsley leaves. Enjoy your meal!
