“Meat” Sandwich Cake

Ingredients

  • Garlic – 1-2 cloves
  • Cheese (grated) – about 100 grams
  • Meat filling (any; I have fried beef) – about 5 tablespoons

Directions

  1. Take 10 slices of toast bread, trim off the edges. Take the first 2 pieces. Lubricate with mayonnaise, put slices of thinly sliced ​​ham on top. Then thinly sliced ​​fresh cucumber on top (the first layer is ready).
  2. We put 2 pieces of bread again, grease with mayonnaise again, put a thinly sliced ​​fresh tomato (squeezed a little garlic directly on the tomatoes), then grated cheese. Again, cover with bread, grease with mayonnaise, put the meat filling, anyone who likes what kind of meat (I have fried beef) and again a cucumber. Cover with bread.
  3. Lubricate the sandwich cake with mayonnaise on the top and sides. Stick the ham on the sides and in the refrigerator, it is advisable to hold it there for a longer time to soak. I made a sandwich cake in the evening, stood in the refrigerator at night.
