  • Onions – 1 Piece
  • Olive oil – 3 tbsp
  • Tomato Paste – 170 Grams
  • Tomatoes – 500 Grams
  • Parsley – 0.5 Bunch
  • Basil – 0.5 Bunch
  • Garlic – 1-2 Cloves
  • Sugar – 1-2 Teaspoons
  • Salt, pepper – To taste
  • Red wine – 1.5 Glasses

Meat sauce “Bolognese” Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet and lay out the minced meat, crush it into pieces with a spatula and cook over medium heat.

  2. Peel onions and carrots, chop vegetables by hand or using a food processor.
  3. Add the onions and carrots to the skillet, then combine and cook until soft.
  4. Add tomato paste to the minced meat, stir.
  5. Wash the parsley and basil leaves and chop them finely.
  6. Wash the tomatoes, cut them into small pieces.
  7. Add chopped tomatoes to the minced meat in the pan, stir.
  8. Place half the greens and the minced garlic clove
  9. Pour wine into the sauce and stir.

  10. Cover the skillet with a lid and simmer over low heat for about 1.5-2 hours.
  11. Add salt, pepper, sugar to taste, add the remaining herbs and stir.
  12. Serve the sauce immediately after cooking with boiled pasta, you can decorate with herbs.
