Meat with Potatoes Baked in Pumpkin

Meat with potatoes baked in a pumpkin is a dish that will captivate you with its originality and bright taste. Cooking will take you a minimum of time. The ingredients are the most familiar, only the “dishes” for baking are unusual – this is a bright and aromatic pumpkin! Try to cook

Ingredients

To grease the pumpkin:

Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp

Directions

My pumpkin, wipe it dry, and cut off the top. We clean the pumpkin from the fleecy pulp with seeds.
We turn on the oven to heat up to 180 degrees. We wash the meat and cut it into small random pieces.
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Peel the carrots and cut them into cubes. Peel the onion and cut it into cubes. We combine vegetables and meat. Pour in olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste. We mix.
We fill the pumpkin with meat and vegetables. Pour 100-150 ml of water into the pumpkin and put greens on top of vegetables and meat.
Cover the pumpkin with the top and grease the bottom of the pumpkin with vegetable oil. Place the pumpkin with meat and potatoes in a deep baking dish. Pour 100-150 ml of water into the mold and send it to the preheated oven for 2.5 hours.
Let the finished pumpkin cool slightly, mix the contents, and serve. Meat with potatoes, baked in a pumpkin, ready.
