  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 roll, stale
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 5 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Soften the bun in water. Fry the chopped onions in the pan over a low heat until they are lightly translucent so that they are nice and soft (this way the meatballs can be shaped better later and the onion pieces do not stick out so much).
  2. Knead the minced meat, onions (leave to cool a little, otherwise your fingers will be hot), egg, rolls (squeeze out the rolls after softening so that most of the water is out), knead salt and pepper in a bowl with your fingers.
  3. Knead after 5 - 10 minutes, form small or large meatballs, then roll in breadcrumbs and fry in the pan.
