Ingredients

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 0.5 ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 500 g paprika (s), colored
  • 1 can / s tomato (s) (pizza tomatoes)
  • Vegetable broth
  • 6 large potato (s)
  • Oil (olive oil)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder, hot
  • Lovage
  • basil
  • Garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Clean the potatoes and cook them until they are done (do not peel them beforehand). Cut the cooked potatoes into wedges. Add the egg and breadcrumbs to the minced meat. Season with paprika, salt, pepper and basil. Mix the whole thing well and then form small meatballs. Put the oil in a large pan and fry the meatballs. Add the peppers and fry briefly. Now add the canned tomatoes. Possibly also add a little broth. Season the whole thing vigorously with the spices. Simmer well for 20 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, fry the potato wedges in another pan and season with pepper, paprika, salt and garlic. Fry until crispy. Serve the potato wedges with the meatball.
