Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 3 slices bread (s), old

  • 150 g feta cheese
  • 50 g feta cheese, crumbled

  • 150 g tomato paste, or 500 tomato puree

  • 200 ml water
  • 150 g cream

Instructions

  1. For the minced meat, chop the onion and soak the bread slices. Mix the minced meat with the egg, onion and bread and season with salt and pepper. Shape the mixture into 10 balls while pressing in a piece of feta cheese. Sear the balls and put them in a baking dish.
