Instructions

Mix the water with the paprika powder. Add the mustard, ketchup and egg and stir until a creamy mixture is formed. Chop the onion and add to the liquid with the minced meat, herbs and breadcrumbs. Knead everything well until everything is mixed together and then season with salt and pepper.
Shape the mixture into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake at 200 ° for about 20-30 minutes depending on the size of the meatballs. The meatballs can get nice and dark because they are then particularly crispy.
Tip:
You can also use ground poultry to save more calories.
