Meatballs in Cream Cheese Sauce Instructions

  1. Add water and egg to oatmeal, mix. Leave on for 30 minutes to swell the oatmeal.
Add finely chopped onion, a mixture of oatmeal, salt, pepper to the minced meat, mix well and beat off. Put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Roll the minced meat into walnut-sized meatballs, place in a greased baking dish and send to the oven, preheated to 190 ° C, for 15 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, prepare the sauce: pour the cream and milk into a deep plate, add the cheese grated on a fine grater, mix.
After 15 minutes of baking, remove the meatballs from the oven, pour over the sauce and send to bake for another 20 minutes.
