Ingredients

  • 600 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 medium onion (s), (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic, (chopped)
  • 1 egg (s), (M)
  • 2 teaspoons mustard, (medium hot)
  • 2 teaspoons spices for minced meat
  • 1 teaspoon oregano, grated
  • 5 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 1 small Tin / s olives, filled with chilli (85 g)
  • 1 tablespoon clarified butter or oil

Instructions

  1. Knead everything together well (except for the olives).
  2. Drain the olives, quarter them and knead loosely into the minced meat.
  3. Shape the minced meat into meatballs (meatballs, meatballs or whatever) and then fry them in a pan with the heated lard until crispy brown on all sides.
  4. I like it best with a potato salad!
