Ingredients

  • 900 g jacket potato (s)
  • 1 kg broccoli
  • 800 g minced meat, mixed
  • 4 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 onion (s), finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder
  • 40 g tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 250 g cream
  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 tablespoon thyme

Instructions

  1. Cut the jacket potatoes into slices and spread them on a baking sheet. Divide the broccoli into florets and blanch in salted water.
  2. Mix the minced meat with breadcrumbs, eggs, finely chopped onions, mustard and tomato paste and season to taste. Shape small meatballs and place on top of the potatoes.
  3. Mix the cream, sour cream and milk into a sauce, season with salt, thyme and pepper and pour over it.
  4. Cook at 190 ° C in a preheated oven for approx. 30-40 minutes. Just before the end, add the broccoli.
