Ingredients

  • 2 liters broth
  • 3 potato (s)
  • 1 carrot (s), cut into small cubes
  • 2 onion (s), chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  1. Season the minced meat with pepper and salt. Add half of the chopped onions to the meat, mix everything well and form small meatballs.
  2. Bring the broth to a boil, insert the meatballs and simmer for about 15 minutes. In the meantime, peel the potatoes, cut into small cubes and add. Cook on a low flame for about 15 minutes.
  3. Put the oil in a pan and lightly fry the remaining onions and carrots. Pour into the soup, season the soup with pepper and salt and let everything steep for another 10 minutes.
