Chop the peeled and washed onion in a blender and combine in a bowl with minced meat. We drive in an egg there. Salt (0.5 teaspoon) and pepper. Mix everything thoroughly.
We form meatballs from minced meat. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, spread the meatballs, and fry them on both sides for 5 minutes until browned. Pour water (100-150 ml) into the pan so that it reaches the middle of the meatballs. Simmer the meatballs over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring a couple of times.
We wash the Brussels sprouts, remove the yellow leaves and send them to the meatballs, mix. Salt (pinch) and simmer for another 10 minutes. If necessary, pour in a little more water (2-3 tablespoons).
