Meatballs with Rice

Meatballs with rice are a real lifesaver. Fast and tasty. You can change sauces, freeze meatballs for future use.

Ingredients

  • Rice – 250 g
  • Mincedpork and beef – 500 g
  • Bulbonions – 1 pc.
  • Chickenegg – 1 pc.
  • Garlic- 2-3 cloves
  • Tomatopaste – 1 tablespoon
  • Thes Cream – 2 tbsp
  • Vegetableoil – 3 tbsp
  • Saltto taste Pepper to taste Water – 400 g

Directions

  1. Rinse the rice well. Cover with cold water. Salt. Boil until tender, about 20 minutes. Throw in a colander to drain excess liquid. Refrigerate. Season the minced meat with salt and pepper. Add one egg. Peel the onion and garlic. Wash the onions. Chop the onion and garlic finely with a knife.
  2. Add onion, garlic and rice to the minced meat. Mix the minced meat thoroughly.
  3. From the resulting mass, form balls the size of a walnut. Preheat a frying pan, pour in vegetable oil. Put meatballs in hot oil, fry on all sides over medium heat.
