Meatballs without Eggs

Ingredients

  • Minced meat – 500 grams
  • Potatoes – 4 Pieces
  • Carrots – 1 Piece
  • Onion – 1 Piece
  • Broth – 2 Liter
  • Spices, herbs – To taste

Directions

  1. First, we make soup: add chopped potatoes, carrots and onions to boiling water. Salt and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Put the minced meat in a bowl, salt and pepper well, mix a couple of times.
  3. Form the meatballs with wet hands.
  4. Add the meatballs to the soup, cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Add noodles or rice, or buckwheat. Cook until tender. Serve the finished meatballs without eggs with soup, garnished with herbs.
