Meatloaf in Lavash

Meatloaf is made from minced pork with fried onions and ordinary thin lavash stuffed with boiled eggs.

- Let’s prepare the necessary ingredients.
- Let’s chop the onion.
- Fry the onions in a frying pan with vegetable oil.
- Add salt and fried onions to the minced meat. Mix everything well.
- Boil the eggs, peel them and cut each in half.
- We cut the lavash so that it becomes rectangular. Lubricate it with sour cream.
- Put the minced meat on top.
- Then the halves of the eggs.
- Roll lavash with minced meat and eggs.
- Transfer the meatloaf to a baking sheet and place in the oven for 40 minutes. Set the baking temperature to 190 degrees.
- Grease the finished lavash meatloaf with butter.
- Serve the meatloaf hot. It can be served with sour cream, ketchup or some other sauce.
