Ingredients

  • 1 pck.HENGLEIN bread dumpling dough (500 g)
  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • Salt and pepper, freshly ground
  • Paprika powder
  • 2 red pepper (s)
  • 80 g mountain cheese
  • 100 g mushrooms in slices (canned)
  • 100 g bacon, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Shape approx. 16 small dumplings out of the bread dumpling dough and cook for approx. 7 - 8 minutes according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Mix the minced meat with breadcrumbs and eggs and season with mustard, salt, pepper and paprika powder. Halve the peppers, clean, wash and cut into cubes with the cheese. Mix both with the mushroom slices and the minced meat.
  3. Cut bread dumplings into slices. Line a baking dish with the bacon slices, layer alternately with minced meat and bread dumplings, top with minced meat and cook in a preheated oven at 180 Β° C for about 50 - 60 minutes (gas: level 4, convection 160 Β° C).
  4. Cut the meatloaf into slices and serve with a colorful salad if you like.
