Ingredients

  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed (can also be just pork)
  • 1 onion (s), (dice)
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 roll, (soak) or some breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper paprika powder
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon. Gravy
  • nutmeg
  • parsley
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Knead a meatloaf dough that is not too firm from the ingredients (mince, onion, eggs, breadcrumbs and spices). Brush a microwave dish (with a lid!) With oil and add the meatloaf dough. Serve with paprika and cook in the closed container for 16-18 minutes at 600 watts in the microwave.
  2. Mix a sauce out of the water, mustard, ketchup and gravy and pour over the meatloaf. Cook for another 5 - 8 minutes.
  3. Even if you are skeptical, the meatloaf will be crispy and very tasty. My family requires it at least once a month. Try it out.
