  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed
  • 1 roll (s), stale
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 1 handful oatmeal
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
  • 1 large red pepper (s)
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda), rated
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Chilli powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Chop the onions, parsley, bell pepper and feta cheese into small pieces. Put the minced meat, egg, oat flakes and a bread roll soaked in water in a bowl and knead into a dough. Season to taste with salt, pepper, chilli powder and paprika.
  2. Now put in an ovenproof dish. Make a well in the meat loaf and pour in the grated Gouda cheese. Bake at 180 ° C for 50 - 60 minutes.
