  • 200 g prunes

Instructions

  1. Put the minced meat in a large bowl. Soak the roll, squeeze it out and add. Dice prunes, apple, garlic and onion and add with the spices, egg and sour cream. Mix thoroughly and season to taste.
  2. Shape a loaf and fry it in a hot oven at 175 ° C, fan oven 160 ° C, gas mark 2, for approx. 60 minutes.
  3. Serve with rice, potatoes or noodles and an apple curry sauce.
