Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 beefsteak tomato (s)
  • 20 olives, black, pitted
  • 2 tablespoon capers
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic)
  • 2 chilli pepper (s), mild
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon parmesan, freshly grated

Instructions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into small florets, wash and cook for 10 minutes, then drain.
  2. In the meantime, peel the garlic and chop it very finely. Core and finely chop the chili peppers. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  4. Put the cauliflower in a baking dish, mix in all the other ingredients. Baked in the oven for 20 minutes. Then sprinkle with the parmesan immediately.
  5. Baked potatoes taste good with it.
