Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower
- 1 beefsteak tomato (s)
- 20 olives, black, pitted
- 2 tablespoon capers
- 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic)
- 2 chilli pepper (s), mild
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon parmesan, freshly grated

- Cut the cauliflower into small florets, wash and cook for 10 minutes, then drain.
- In the meantime, peel the garlic and chop it very finely. Core and finely chop the chili peppers. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Put the cauliflower in a baking dish, mix in all the other ingredients. Baked in the oven for 20 minutes. Then sprinkle with the parmesan immediately.
- Baked potatoes taste good with it.
