  • 120 g cheese (Landdamer)
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 large onion (s)
  • 4 tablespoon pine nuts
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly rocket

Instructions

  1. Cut the cheese into small strips, whisk the eggs and mix with the cheese.
  2. Cut the onion into small cubes and sauté with the pine nuts in a pan with oil.
  3. Add eggs with cheese and let set. Stir a little and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Arrange the rocket on the plate, drizzle with a little oil and serve with the scrambled eggs.

  6. Serve sliced tomatoes seasoned with a little salt and pizza seasoning as a side dish.
