Ingredients

  • 8 squid (s) (tubes), small, or 4 large, fresh or frozen
  • 400 g hot peppers, from the jar
  • 200 g sheep cheese
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 half lemon
  • 6 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the squid tubes. Then put in boiling water for about 3 minutes. Drain and drain, dry off if necessary.
  2. Put the chopped parsley, the juice of half a lemon, the finely chopped garlic, the olive oil, a little salt and the squid tubes in a freezer bag. Close tightly and leave to marinate for at least 3 hours.
  3. Then put the tubes with the marinade in an ovenproof dish coated with olive oil or on greased aluminum foil. Spread the pickled peppers and the sheep`s cheese cut into 1 cm cubes between them. Pour more olive oil over it and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Close the aluminum foil tightly and place it on the grill or place the tin under the preheated grill in the oven for approx. 10 minutes.
  4. A fresh baguette goes well with it, so you can top up the sauce, and a salad.
