  • 1 kg potato (s), with beautiful skin
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • Rosemary, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the potatoes in the pressure cooker until they are just soft. Halve or quarter unpeeled, depending on the size. Place on an aluminum grill tray and brush with a little olive oil. Scatter salt and freshly ground black pepper over the top and sprinkle with the chopped rosemary. Cook on the grill until the potatoes are crispy on the outside and still soft on the inside.
