Ingredients

  • 1 large zucchini
  • 6 medium tomato (s)
  • 1 medium onion (s), red
  • 1 packet sheep`s cheese, approx. 200 g
  • 1 medium lemon (s)
  • olive oil
  • 4 tablespoon honey
  • some salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoon herbs, Italian

Instructions

  1. Cut the zucchini into thin slices. Eight the tomatoes and dice the onion. Quarter the lemon and cut the sheep`s cheese into slices.
  2. Shape a sufficiently large sheet of aluminum foil into a bowl. Place the zucchini, onions and tomatoes on top. Spread the sheep`s cheese on top and the lemons on top. Cover well with olive oil so that the aluminum base is covered.
  3. Place the aluminum dish on the grill and wait until the oil starts to boil. Now sprinkle the herbs on top and drizzle with the honey. Grill for about 15 minutes at a medium grill temperature.
  4. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper and put everything in a bowl to serve.
