Ingredients

  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 4 tomato (s)
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 pack sheep`s cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 20 olives
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoon vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • salt
  • pepper
  • thyme
  • Tomato (s), dried, pickled

Instructions

  1. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stem and cut into slices. Cut the dried tomatoes into small pieces. Peel the cucumber, halve it lengthways and cut into 3-5 mm thick slices. Then clean the iceberg lettuce, wash, drain and pluck into bite-sized pieces. Peel the onions and cut into fine rings. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Dice the sheep`s cheese, cut the olives into rings and add to the salad.
  2. Peel off the garlic cloves and chop them or press them through the garlic press. Make the dressing from olive oil, vinegar, water, salt, pepper and garlic. Season with thyme. Pour the finished sauce over the salad.
  3. Serve as a side dish or with a baguette.
