  • Leaf salad
  • Tomatoes
  • Canned tuna
  • Sweet corn
  • Black and green olives
  • Chicken egg (hard boiled)
  • Bulb onions
  • Carrot
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • For dressing (vinaigrette sauce):
  • Cold-pressed olive oil - 5 tbsp
  • White wine or apple vinegar - 2-3 tbsp
  • Hot mustard - 1/2 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Putting a salad is very simple. Put the lettuce leaves on a plate.
  2. Chop the tomatoes and onions. Onions - in strips, tomatoes - in slices.
  3. We spread them on lettuce leaves.

  4. We send carrots, cut into strips, to vegetables.
  5. An egg, cut into slices - there.
  6. We spread canned tuna (no more than a tablespoon per serving) and a little bit of sweet corn.
  7. Add olives - the salad assembly is complete.

  13. Season the salad with the sauce, add salt and coarsely ground pepper - and voila! Mediterranean salad is ready.
