  • 5 slices Black Forest ham or 12 g bacon cubes
  • 2 pointed peppers, red

  • 1 packet feta cheese, approx. 200 g
  • possibly spring onion (s)
  • Lemon juice
  • olive oil
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut everything into small pieces. Fry the zucchini, mushrooms and ham or diced bacon.
  2. Put all ingredients in a bowl and season with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, a pinch of sugar and salt, pepper and garlic.
