• 600 g sausae (Lyoner)
• 3 onion (s)
• 1 bell pepper (s)
• 2 medium tomato (s)
• 250 g sheep cheese
• 1 half a cucumber (s)
• 2 tablespoon herbs (Salat.-)
• 2 tablespoon, leveled sugar
• 1 salt
• 1 pepper
• 1 pinch (s) broth, instant
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 4 tablespoon vinegar

Instructions

1. Cut the ingredients into small pieces as desired and place in a large bowl. Mix with vinegar, oil and the spices and leave to stand in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
