Ingredients

  • 500 g melon (s), (water melon or honeydew melon)
  • 500 g apricot (s)
  • 500 g preservin suar, 1: 2
  • 1 piece (s) ginger, cm cube, or -2 teaspoons ginger powder
  • 1 squirt lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Cut the watermelon into cubes, peel and core the apricots. Chop the ginger and mix well with the fruit, lemon juice and preserving sugar. Cook everything according to the instructions of the preserving sugar and puree with the magic wand. Fill into sterilized jars and close immediately. When cooling, turn the glasses upside down for the first 2-3 minutes, then the vacuum works great.
  2. In my opinion, a super delicious spread is ready.
