Ingredients

  • 500 g juice (melon or cucumber juice)
  • 2 g sodium alinate
  • 2 ½ g Calcic
  • 500 g water

Instructions

  1. The alginate is mixed with 1/3 of the melon juice. Add the remaining 2/3 of the juice, mix, strain and let rest. Dissolve Calcic in water.
  2. Fill a syringe with the melon and algin mixture. Inject these drop by drop into the calcic solution. After 1 minute, strain the caviar and rinse in water.
  3. Instead of melon juice, cucumber juice is also suitable for making caviar.
  4. In the photo I arranged the cucumber caviar in a caviar can.
