Instructions

  1. Cut a wedge out of the seedless watermelon, separate the pulp from the skin and cut into pieces. Possibly. remove the kernels. Cut the mint leaves into small pieces. Put the watermelon pieces and the mint leaves in a jug or blender and mix finely with the hand blender. Pour the ice cubes and the melon and mint mixture into wine glasses and pour in the Prosecco.
  2. 110 Kcal per serving.
