Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ melon (s), (cantaloupe)
  • 0.5 ½ melon (s), (Galia-)

  • 150 g oat cheese - roll
  • 1 handful blueberries, (blueberries)
  • 1 handful basil
  • 4 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lime (s)

Instructions

  1. Remove the melon seeds with a spoon. Cut out melon balls with a spoon.
  2. Cut or tear the goat cheese roll into large pieces.
  3. Put everything together with the blueberries in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil.
  4. First tear off a few zest of the lime and sprinkle it over the salad, then squeeze out the juice and drizzle it over the salad.
  5. Mix gently and distribute the basil leaves over the salad.
