Ingredients

  • 1 small iceberg lettuce
  • 1 honeydew melon (s)
  • 1 cucumber (s)
  • 250 g rapes, reen, without seeds
  • 2 spring onion (s)
  • 0.5 ½ bunch chives

For the dressing:

  • 4 tablespoon vinegar, e.g. apple cider vinegar
  • 5 tablespoon oil, e.g. sunflower oil
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • 4 tablespoon jam (blackberry jam)
  • salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • 3 tablespoon sunflower seeds, roasted, for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Quarter the lettuce and cut into thin strips. Halve the melon, remove the stones and cut out small balls. Wash the cucumber, cut in half lengthways and core. Cut the cucumber halves into thin slices, clean and wash the spring onions and chives and cut into thin rings. Mix the lettuce, melon, cucumber, halved grapes, leek and chives. For the dressing, mix vinegar, oil, lemon juice, blackberry jam, pepper, sugar and salt with a whisk and spread over the salad. Sprinkle with toasted sunflower seeds before serving.
