Ingredients

  • 500 g melon (s) (Galia)
  • 400 g beefsteak tomato (s)
  • 1 bunch coriander greens, chopped
  • 1 lemon (s), the juice it
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • pepper from the grinder

Instructions

  1. Peel the melon and cut the melon flesh into small cubes. Core the tomatoes and also cut into cubes. Mix the lemon juice with finely chopped garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil. Pour the marinade over the melon and tomato cubes and then carefully stir in the chopped coriander.
  2. This fruity salsa goes well with grilled fish and poultry.
