Melting Center Chocolate Pudding

by Editorial Staff

A very cute chocolate dessert. It only takes a few minutes to bake it. Make sure the pudding is not in the oven for long, or it will turn into a muffin.

Cook: 30 minutes
Servings: 4

Ingredients

  • Chocolate – 100 g
  • Butter – 115 g
  • Brown sugar, light – ¾ cup
  • Large eggs – 3 pcs.
  • Vanilla extract – ½ teaspoon
  • Flour – ½ cup
  • Whipped cream

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Grease 4 serving tins (200 ml each) well with butter and place on a baking sheet. Melt the butter and chocolate in a water bath, stir until smooth and cool for 15 minutes.
  2. Stir in sugar, eggs (one at a time), vanilla, and then flour into the chocolate-butter mass. Spread the mixture evenly over the tins. Bake for 10-12 minutes – the pudding should be firm on the outside, but remain liquid-viscous inside. Carefully scrape the dessert out of the molds, scraping the edges with a knife, and serve with whipped cream.

Enjoy your meal!
