  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 bunch spring onion (s)
  • 3 pointed peppers, green
  • 1 small Can (s) tomato (s), approx. 400 g
  • some oil for frying
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cut the vegetables into small pieces.
  2. Put some oil in the pan and briefly fry the onions and peppers in it. Next add the tomatoes. Let simmer for about 5 minutes. Add the eggs to the pepper and tomato mixture. Season with salt and pepper and stir and fry until the eggs are completely cooked.
  3. It can be served. I baked flat bread with it.
  4. Tips: I always garnish with parsley and chilli. If you prefer to eat other vegetables, feel free to use them. Then it`s just a completely different recipe. But just as delicious.
