Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil and preheat the oven to 100 ° C. Sieve the powdered sugar.
  2. Beat the egg whites until stiff and stir in the powdered sugar. Use a piping bag to squirt small turrets onto the baking sheet. Press sugar pearls into the turrets as eyes and mouth. Dry in the oven for approx. 2 - 3 hours with the door slightly open.
