Meringue Omelet

An original egg dish. The base is slices of ready-made muffins with eggs, and on top is a baked protein cream.

- Turn on the oven.
Cut the muffins into slices.
- Pour the soy milk over the muffins.
- Beat 3 eggs with a fork.
- Pour the eggs over the muffins, knead slightly.
- Place in a greased baking dish. Put in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.
- Separate three proteins.
- Beat the whites with a mixer to a stable foam.
- In the process of whipping, add powdered sugar to the proteins.
- Cover the baked base with caramel.
- Lay out the whipped egg whites.
- Give the desired shape.
- Place in the top of a preheated oven and bake for 3 minutes.
- Sprinkle with colored sprinkles.
