Ingredients

  • 500 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 250 ml whipped cream or Cremefine for whipping
  • 3 sachets vanilla sugar
  • 6 large, bottomless chocolate kisses
  • 500 g raspberries (frozen), possibly mixed with fresh strawberries
  • 200 g merinue

Instructions

  1. Whip the whipped cream until stiff and set aside. Mix the quark, vanilla sugar and chocolate kisses with the mixer (do not puree) setting 1 - 2, then fold in the cream and stir well again. Crumble the meringue in an extra bowl, but please do not use powdered sugar!
  2. Now 1/3 of the quark mixture, 1/3 of the meringue, 1/3 of the frozen raspberries and then again of the quark, meringue and raspberries are layered in an extra bowl until all the ingredients are used up. Finish with raspberries. Let stand in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
  3. A little tip: the dessert has to be eaten, the next day it looks unsavory and the meringue is softened.
