Directions
We’ll start cooking burritos with the filling. We need a deep frying pan. Pour vegetable oil on the bottom of the pan. Peel the onions and garlic, finely chop. Fry over medium heat for 3-4 minutes until soft. Add finely chopped chili peppers.
Add the minced meat and fry until tender, stirring occasionally and breaking the meat lumps with a culinary spatula. Salt to taste. Cut the tomato into slices and add it to the minced meat. Mix everything and continue to fry for 4-5 minutes.
Add the red canned beans, the liquid created from them. Stir, keep on fire for a couple of minutes to warm up the beans. Mix the contents of the pan. The filling for the burrito is ready!
Let’s move on to making burritos. Take a tortilla or thin pita bread and grease the inside with salsa sauce. I baked the times myself, then, as you can see in the photo, their edges are not quite even. This is not a big deal, since the tortillas will end up in a complex form.

We spread the meat filling on one half of the cake. Grate the cheese and sprinkle on the filling. Roll up the tortillas.
That’s practically all. There is only one nuance left. The cheese in the burrito must be melted. To do this, you can use a microwave, oven, or just a frying pan. I chose the first option and put the burrito in the oven for 30 seconds. As a result, the cheese melted. Mexican fast food was swept off the table in seconds.
