Ingredients

  • 700 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 bell peppers, yellow and red
  • some oil for frying
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 bottle sauce (salsa)
  • 1 bag / s chips (tortilla chips)
  • 200 g cheese (e.. Gouda), rated

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat in a little oil in a saucepan, in the meantime cut the peppers into small cubes. As soon as the minced meat is crumbly, add the pepper cubes and fry them.
  2. Drain the corn and beans well and add them to the pot after about 5 minutes. Add the sour cream and stir all the ingredients well. Pour the mixture into a baking dish, spread the salsa on top and cover with tortilla chips.
  3. Finally sprinkle the grated cheese on top. Bake at 200 ° C until the cheese is golden brown.
