Ingredients

  • 1 kg jacket potato (s)
  • 4 tablespoon oil
  • 1 packet mixed vegetables (corn, peppers, peas, beans)
  • 200 g bacon, streaky
  • 2 onions)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 small Can (s) beans, white or red in tomato sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes, heat the oil, add the potatoes and vegetables and fry them. Mix in the bacon in pieces, the peeled onion in rings and both with the crushed garlic cloves, salt, pepper, paprika and cayenne pepper. Fry for 10 minutes while turning. Finally, mix in the beans in tomato sauce and heat briefly.
