  • 1 medium onion (s), finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 chilli pepper (s), pitted, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
  • 300 g physalis
  • 0.5 ½ bunch coriander leaves
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a small saucepan. Steam the onion, garlic and chilli for 4 minutes. Add the physalis, add a little salt and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix together with the coriander leaves. To taste. The coriander leaves can also be added after mixing.
  3. Serve the salsa with grilled meat or fish.
