- 1 medium onion (s), finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 chilli pepper (s), pitted, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 300 g physalis
- 0.5 ½ bunch coriander leaves
- salt

- Heat the oil in a small saucepan. Steam the onion, garlic and chilli for 4 minutes. Add the physalis, add a little salt and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Mix together with the coriander leaves. To taste. The coriander leaves can also be added after mixing.
- Serve the salsa with grilled meat or fish.
